You must sign a form either physically at a designated pop-up booth or digitally through Google Forms. An order can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks to receive. It is possible to buy merchandise upfront, but please understand that we might not have specific stocks available at a physical pop-up booth.
If you have received a damaged product from us, contact us and we would be happy to send you a new one. If you are solely responsible for the damaging of the product, we cannot send you a new product.
Please note that there are no cash refunds available.

If you haven't received your shirt in the expected timeframe given, please contact us immediately.
We are eagerly working on new items for our donors to enjoy! However, new items must be approved by CAPA before they can become available for purchase.
For Organizations: Please either contact us with your inquiry or one of our school representatives from capa.philasd.org.
For Individuals: Unless you are providing an extra donation through the purchase of one of our items, we unfortunately cannot accept outside donations.
Since CAPA Mascot is partly student-run, it is possible for the fundraiser to conclude before we are able to raise enough funds. If this happens, it is the school's decision to either continue the fundraiser or to invest the funds into other aspects of CAPA.
If the fundraiser goal is not reached by February 2025, this project risks being cancelled.
